General Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, unperfumed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags completely intact.

Returns are only accepted for:

•  Wrong item received
•  Size mismatch
•  Damaged or defective product

CRITICAL NOTE ON DAMAGES: If your product arrives damaged or has missing items, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@dedeyaar.com. A continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the opening of the original courier seal is strictly mandatory to process damage claims. Without a valid unboxing video, your request will be rejected.

Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size), please initiate a return and place a new order after your refund is processed.
